Lioness Captain

The lionesses for a kind of elite bodyguard of their lion Warlords. Although smaller in stature than the Tigers, the lionesses are fierce and aggressive warriors, whose skill at arms is matched only by their ability to shrug off wounds that would send many other units in Avalon fleeing for the healers. Like their tiger brethren, the lionesses wear small pieces of armor: leggings from the knees down and a small, specially fitted breastplate. They fight with short, curved swords and small shields, which proves just as effective at dealing with enemies as their weapon does. When the great Zashaka instructed his people to constantly practice and improve the skills of war, it was the lionesses that took his instructions to heart, for they view themselves as the backbone of the Panthera Tribes.
